Delete your account
This deletes your Voice Notes account and everything Pro stores in the cloud. It can’t be undone. You can also do this in the app, from Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
What we delete
- Your account, your email address and the link to your Google or Apple sign in
- Every recording, transcript, summary and reminder stored in the cloud
- Your photos and videos, and the search index of your notes
- Your customer record at RevenueCat, which manages subscriptions
What stays
- Notes on your phones. Delete them in the app, or delete the app.
- Your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, or it keeps renewing. How to cancel
- The store’s own purchase records, and billing records the law requires us to keep
We sign you out everywhere straight away and finish deleting within 24 hours. Copies in our encrypted backups are erased within 45 days.
Delete on the web
- Sign in with the account you use in Voice Notes.
- Check it is the right account, and confirm.
- We confirm it here, and delete everything within 24 hours.

Your account is being deleted
You are signed out on every phone, and everything stored for is gone within 24 hours. This page is your confirmation, and we won’t send an email. Remember to cancel your subscription in Google Play or the App Store if you haven’t yet.
Your account wasn’t deleted
Something went wrong on our side. Check your connection and try again.
Web deletion isn’t open yet
Until it is, delete your account in the app, from Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Or email hello@reel.money from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
